Mawlynnong is a village in the East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya State, India. It is famous for its cleanliness and natural attractions. In 2003, Mawlynnong received the prestigious 'Asia's Cleanest Village' award from Discover India magazine.
According to the 2015 census, the total population of Mawlynnong is 500 and it is located 90 km from Shillong, along the India-Bangladesh border.
